Account Coordinators

Description

Ideal candidates will hold a 4-year degree in marketing communications, have strong interpersonal skills, be able to adapt to shifting client priorities, and enjoy teamwork in a fast-paced, creative environment. Responsibilities include creative problem solving, communications planning, project coordination, client relations, media relations and business development research.

Account Executives

Description

At the heart of our business is the AE. They are experienced, day-to-day communication counselors for our clients who invest time to learn our client’s business so they can write and speak on their behalf. It goes without saying that our AEs are smart, quick on their feet, and well connected with media and celebrities. AEs should have minimum of 3-4 years’ experience at a marketing agency with a track record of working on several accounts concurrently. The best education to prepare for a career with our firm is business, marketing, journalism, advertising or mass communication. A number of law school grads have excelled with us too.

Branding Strategists

Description

We’re always on the lookout for branding gurus from the cold northern states that want to work in sunny Florida developing sales and communication programs for our clients. In this role, you’ll participate in our initial Discovery meetings with prospective clients, helping us draft proposals and recommendations. If we’re retained by the client, the work moves to developing marketing and sales plans and then leading the team of Account Executives assigned to the project. You should bring a track record of offering high caliber insight with proven ability to manage internal resources and client engagements while working broadly with freelance specialists to ensure the highest possible service. This position requires prior consulting experience with a leading digital, ad, PR or branding firm, coupled with strong analytical skills; and most importantly, outstanding communication skills.

Graphic Designers

Description

We truly value talented people that can bring great ideas to life with their artistic abilities. Almost every brand we support requires creative services, most often digital, print and broadcast ads, corporate and brand logos, executive fonts and brand style guides for newly formed companies. We’re very heavy into websites, microsites, YouTube channels, and Facebook page design. On occasion, we’re asked to build trade show signage, and even retail point of sale materials. We have an inspiring office environment and everyone here works together as a team. That means our designers are never far from the brand strategists or the clients we represent. To be successful, you should be proficient in the latest design tools, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop & Adobe Acrobat; and you should know your way around the office tools, such as Outlook/Exchange, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
